I’m Dr. Rebecca Smith, and I want to change your mind.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and full time private practice therapist with a specialty in positive psychology and mindset work.

In my years in practice I’ve found that positively-focused meditation and mindfulness techniques have been the backbone of mental wellness not only for many of my patients but for myself as well. 

Now, I’m excited to share my experience and expertise with you. That’s what The Mindset Shift is all about — training your mind to work for you.

It’ll feel small at first, but trust me — mindset work, mindfulness, and meditation can honestly change your mind, guiding you to build a more connected, meaningful, powerful, and ultimately happier life.
