Introducing The Mindset Shift Podcast
Y’all, I am thrilled to introduce you to my new podcast — The Mindset Shift. Each Thursday I’ll be guiding you through everything from the basics of mindfulness to guided meditation practices for specific topics like self-compassion, gratitude, perfectionism, or even just falling asleep.
Meditation has helped me so much, and so often, throughout my life. From my first guided meditation sessions in college to the graduate courses and clinical trainings that taught me the tools of the trade, this work has been powerful for me. Now I use meditation in sessions with several of my patients and it’s a near-daily practice in my own life. Even so, I’m still so often quietly amazed by how meditation makes me feel. It’s such a small thing, and honestly it doesn’t take that long, but trust me — meditation can change your mind. I can’t wait to share it with all of you.
