I'm diving into one of my favorite beginner mindfulness exercises in today's podcast episode – mindful eating!!

I practiced this episode with mannnnyyyyy mini Snickers bars. It was delightful.

Mindful eating isn't about losing weight, “healthy” eating, portion control, or anything else diet culture would like to say it is – it's about being present with yourself, enjoying your meal, and connecting with your food on a totally different level. And it's perfect practice for all those beautiful holiday meals we're all about to enjoy!
