3.1 Going With the Flow

Hey y'all! We're back!

Today's ep is the start of season THREE (!!) because I'm the decider and I spontaneously made that executive decision…. just this morning.

I've been so caught up in the specifics of mindfulness and how we can apply it (mindful eating, mindful waking, success, gratitude, you name it we have an episode about it), and I had a plan to continue that… but y'all, I honestly kind of missed meditating with you for the sake of meditation.
